type of stamp is best for my application?
This
is a commonly asked questions by many of our customers
when they are about to purchase a stamp. Take
a moment to familiarize yourself with the terms below,
and you will understand which stamp will best suit
your needs. Just about any message can be put
on a stamp and stamps have endless uses to help organize
and make routine even the most demanding work.
Rubber Stamps:
The traditional hand stamp is probably the type
of stamp that would come to mind when one thinks about
stamps. These stamps come with a wooden handle
and is used with a stamp pad to make an impression.
With this type of stamp, you can use just about any
kind of stamp pad and you can use the stamp on just
about any flat surface.
Self-Inking Stamps:
The self-inking stamp is a small machine that houses
both a die (printing plate) and a stamp pad.
With having the stamp pad in the machine itself, you
will not need a stamp pad to operate the unit.
A gentle push on the top of the stamp will rotate
the inked die to the paper and make an impression.
Self Inking stamps last a long time and the pads are
easy to re-ink.
Dater Stamps:
These are stamps that come with date bands for marking
dated material. All daters come with date bands
good for seven years. Our date stamps can be customized
with any message you would like.
Embossed Seals:
If you are looking for notary seals, professional
seals for architects or engineers, or corporate seal
stamps . . . this is the area you should go to.

do I place an order
You
have several options for placing your order with us.
Order online using our shopping cart. Browse through
the site to select the products you want. Use the "add
to cart" button to place an item in your cart.
Never worry about putting an item in your cart...you
can take it out later! When you're ready to check-out,
select the "enter shipping and billing information"
button. This will take you to review your order and
confirm payment and shipping.
We
use one of the best, secure products available on the
Internet for on-line shopping. The information you enter
is stored on a secured server - not emailed to us. This
ensures your information stays private and safe.
Still
feel uncomfortable entering confidential information
on the Internet. We know many people do, so we've made
our ordering process flexible. If you don't want to
enter the confidential information on the Internet,
simply print out the page that requests this information.
It will also show what is in your shopping cart! You
can then fill this information in by hand and fax or
mail your order to us.
Or,
our top notch sales staff will be glad to help you place
your order over the phone if you prefer.
If
you place your order online, we will confirm it by end
of the next business day. Your credit card will not
be charged until your product ships.

When
will I get my order?
We
custom manufacturer each order to your specifications.
Orders are ready to ship within three business days.
Orders requiring special material may take a little
longer, but we will let you know if we anticipate a
delay. All orders are shipped UPS Ground Track unless
otherwise specified. UPS Next day is available. Please
indicate on your order form if you prefer this shipping
method (additional shipping cost apply).

How
much is shipping?
Shipping
cost varies based on product, but our shipping fees
are reasonable. The shipping amount is listed on each
product page. Most of our stamps ship for under $5.00
within the continental US. The larger, heavier products
ship for a bit more. Unlike many Internet commerce site,
we don't try to "stick it to you" on the shipping
cost. We keep our shipping fees as close to our cost
as possible. All items are shipped UPS Ground. Express
shipping is available, please call our office for details.
